One Palauea Bay Land

One Palauea Bay is a gated estate community in Makena comprising 17 custom homesites on approximately 20 acres overlooking Palauea Bay Beach, situated directly across from the Fairmont Kea Lani and adjacent to a 21-acre protected cultural reserve that will not be developed. Lots exceed one acre each, with deeded view corridors protecting ocean and inter-island views spanning Molokini, Kahoolawe, Lanai, and the West Maui Mountains.
