Based on the information released by the REALTORS® Association of Maui -

Activity for homes and condominiums in the July Maui real estate market showed positive gains in home prices while the market continued its slowdown, showing considerable declines in the number of Pending and Closed sales compared to the same time last year. Inventory increased slightly in June, with current housing inventory showing a 2.8-month supply for Single Family homes, up 33.3% from last year, and current condominium inventory showing a 1.6-month supply, up 77.8% from last year.
