Born to fulfill the needs of Maui landowners who travel frequently via private jet as well as first class commercial air, ROAM Maui is currently available exclusively to residents of five residential communities on Maui: Kapalua Resort Association, Kaanapali Golf Estates, Makena Golf & Beach Club, Kula Community Association, and Wailea Resort Association.

THE EXPERIENCE

ROAM Maui avoids crowds by utilizing private airport FBOs rather than commercial terminals. All flights are flown on VIP-configured Boeing 737-700s operated by Hillwood Airways, a certificated U.S. direct air carrier with the same stringent safety standards and protocols as the major US airliners.

Arrive just minutes, not hours before a relaxed departure time of 11 am local, allowing plenty of time for your airport commute. Mix and meet other Maui residents who are members and their guests, enjoy exceptional onboard dining with menus curated by a Michelin Star chef, comfy in-cabin accommodations for your pets, and service from an experienced crew that we like to think is the happiest flight team in aviation.

THE FLEET

ROAM Maui flights are flown on privately operated Boeing 737-700s with just 44 newly appointed and spacious all-first-class seats. The seat pitch between each row is 56 inches (that’s over four feet!) the largest space between seats of any airliner flying to Hawaii. Aircraft are equipped with Stage™ On Demand, an entertainment system streaming to personal devices. Entertainment content provided includes an ever-expanding library of movies and tv shows as well as extensive news, stock, sports, and weather.

SERVICE TEAM

Delivering a new caliber of excellence from the time of booking, throughout the onboard experience, and beyond, ROAM Maui’s Member Experience Team is dedicated to ensuring each member’s flight experience is extraordinary. In addition, to ROAM Maui’s highly attentive team on the ground, each ROAM Maui flight will be staffed with a highly experienced flight crew of two pilots, four flight attendants, and two traveling mechanics with a five-star level service ratio of passengers to service professionals.
